   I have been teaching all aspects of  fitness since 1996, from private clubs to local community centers. I started my own company in 2005 offering bootcamp fitness and in home personal training services exclusively  for women. I believe that living a fit lifestyle tests ones resolve, motivation and commitment to change. It incites the passion that lies within each one of us to be the best we can be physically, mentally and emotionally. My goal as a Personal Trainer is to motivate each of my clients to live a fit lifestyle by designing programs that are unique, safe, effective but most of all will fit into my clients  already demanding schedules. I encourage sound nutritional habits, which is really simple, 80% of the time eat healthy and 20% of the time don't worry about it, with that said those that require more in depth nutritional guidance or who are training in a particular sport I can assist in these areas as well. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with many clients  with a variety of different needs. I have  been  blessed with having a career that makes me smile everyday and incites passion within me. I am passionate about helping you reach your goals and  I look foward to working with you.

I am 30 years old and as I am writing this bio I am pregnant with my second child.  As a family we love the outdoors, camping, biking and
hiking.  I have fluctuated with my weight a bit since being pregnant the first time.  And like most women, I can see this happening a second time. But my goal will be to stay nice and healthy to produce another healthy baby while working part time teaching wonderful women bootcamp classes :) I believe exercise should be a fun experience with a little added sweat (or maybe a lot of added sweat) but no tears!  My classes should be a place that clients are excited to return to. My goal as a group fitness leader is to motivate and provide a comfortable enviroment for my clients to reach goals and have a good time.

As long as I can remember I have had a passion for fitness. From figure skating and swimming competitively as a child to instructing rollerblading in elementary schools as an adult, I knew fitness would forever be in my life. In 2004 I decided to expand my knowledge with the completion of my lifeguard certification and Aquatic Fitness Module. Following a serious car accident in 2007 my life was thrown into a tail spin: I was unable to exercise, placed on medication which caused significant weight gain, and I could no longer work. Through my recovery and with the help from inspirational fitness instructors, I reclaimed my love for fitness and my life. It was this love that allowed me to cope with the trials set out before me and reconfirmed my belief that everything in life happens for a reason, although we may not be able to see it at the time. It is with this renewed sense of being that I set out to help others Set, Achieve and Exceed their Goals.I look forward to sharing my passion and enthusiasm with you, as you achieve your goals and ensure your Body Circuit is connected.

DSC00795CaszieFitness has always been an essential part of my life.Growing up I played soccer,basketball,volleyball and ran track.There's nothing like sprinting as hard as you can down the street lungs screaming and legs burning all the while feeling more alive then ever. In my teens I was diagnosed with a hormonal disorder PCOS.To my shock,one in ten women suffer from it. My weight steadily increased and because of the hormones it seemed near impossible to burn fat,my stomach became roly-poly and I became depressed. My journey to health has been long.(Im a slow learner) but I stormed on and eventually reached a point where my hormones are near balanced and my weight under control. Now I have a passion to help other people reach their fitness goals.Anyone can do it, it just takes had work and perservance. Fitness is just more than a number on the scale.Its about enjoying life,living guilt-free and feeling wonderful about yourself.You have the power to change all you need to do is take the first step.You can do it!!!
